Shipping

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. We ship internationally. Customs duties for international orders are payable by the recipient. You will get a tracking email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Final-sale items cannot be returned. For personal preference returns, return shipping is at your cost. We cover return shipping only for damaged, defective or wrong items. After inspection, refunds will be processed in 5–10 business days to your original payment method. To start a return, email us at support@cozyonook.com with your order number.
